excellent stay and services
helpful staff panoramic view breakfast variety pho station
the staff was helpful and friendly, particularly at reception. the room was a good size. the hotel offers a really nice rooftop bar with panoramic views. the breakfast buffet had great variety (the pho station was a highlight!).
the gym equipment looked slightly outdated.

the rooftop bar provides city views and a retrofuturistic decor that gives a unique ambiance. the hotel includes a small gym with a couple of treadmills, a cycle machine. free weights.

i observed staff offering assistance with tours and travel arrangements at the travel desk. some staff members demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile (like helping with early packed breakfasts).

The breakfast buffet had a vast selection. The food met various dietary needs of my family. The rooftop restaurant and bar provided a panoramic view of the city. The cocktails were well-made and offered a good variety of options.

excellent omelettes attentive staff
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! the chef made excellent omelettes. the staff were always opening doors and offering drinks. They were attentive.
I could hear the neighbors in my room. This included them sneezing and talking.
